PAYMENT POLICY
There are two ways to pay for accomodation: in cash after your check in to the apartment or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your arrival.
Please pay for the whole period of rent in the day of your arrival. We need to know your stay period to make further reservations.
OUR SERVICE
We don't charge any extra money for the service we provide. We get fee from private owners whose apartments are distributed on our website and meet the following guidelines:
- Excellent condition
- Average price
- Good location
- High security level
- Good responses from previous guests
CHECK-In/ CHECK-Out TIME
Check-In time is 13:00. If you need to check in early in the morning please book the flat for an extra night before your arrival and you will be able to check in it as early as you need. In case the apartment is vacant you can check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra charge. If not, please wait till 12:00 or 13:00.
Check out time is 12 p.m.. In case the flat has no further booking you can stay for 1-3 hours more if you need. Late check-out before 20.00. will be charged of half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. For late check out please inform beforehand.

Please make your reservation as early as you can, as it is needed to check apartment's availability. If you are not able to wait for our confirmation by e-mail please do the following:

It is possible to preview the apartment before your check in
Most accomodations that are distributed on the web site have detailed photos. It's possible to preview the apartment before your check in in case it's vacant. We don't show apartments that are reserved.In this case you can see them at check out time only. You can choose apartment by looking through their digital photos.
RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES
Rental costs include all taxes.You don't pay any hidden charges or fees in the price.
Bed and kitchen outfits, iron and iron-board, towels, bed linen.
Hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls.
Once-a-week apartment cleaning and bed-linen changing.
Extra cleaning service is available upon your request for additional charge.
DAMAGES
Before check in to the apartment please make sure that everything works properly and you are satisfied with apartment condition. Before your check out our representative will come to check everything and pick up the keys. In case of any loss we will charge you equal to the extent of damage.
